Insurance

We accept most insurances! We are in network with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medrisk/Universal Smart-Comp, Multiplan, Humana-Choice Care, and we accept all Worker's Compensation and Auto Insurances. 

If you have an Aetna plan please note that they WILL pay out of network benefits. For other insurance providers our office can contact them to pre-authorize treatments, explain your benefits and ensure payment.

Please note that insurance co-pays and deductibles will be billed to the patient at the amount your insurance company approves.  Private sessions are $50/visit.
